Macrome isn't just a recipe book; it's an AI-powered culinary assistant. You can browse thousands of recipes, tag them, and filter by specific macro-nutrients (e.g., under 500 calories, or over 30g of protein).

• AI Smart Search: Don't just search for "chicken". Type natural phrases like "high protein dinners under 500 calories" or "I have chicken, lemon, and garlic." The AI will parse your fridge contents and goals to find the perfect meal.
• Unit Conversion: Easily toggle recipes between Imperial and Metric measurements.
• Dynamic Scaling: Change the serving size on any recipe, and all ingredients will scale automatically.

Macrome calculates nutritional profiles from the ground up. Every recipe is broken down into its constituent ingredients to estimate your macros.

• Food Dictionary: Access the Foods page to see the exact macronutrients of individual ingredients. You can edit these values if you find a discrepancy.
• Recipe Macros: Recipes display per-serving Calories, Protein, Carbs, and Fat.
• Background Processing: As you add new recipes, the system automatically analyzes the ingredients and estimates the nutritional breakdown in the background.

• Drag & Drop: Easily move meals between days using the "Move" buttons.
• Quick Add: Add non-recipe items (like "Protein Shake" or "Eating Out") directly to your planner.

Your Lists and Pantry work together to ensure you never double-buy ingredients.

• Intelligent Consolidation: If three different recipes need onions, Macrome will merge them into a single line item (e.g., "3 medium Onions").
• Pantry Awareness: Items you already have in your Pantry are automatically flagged so you know you don't need to buy them.
• Aisle Sorting: Customize your typical grocery store aisles in Settings, and your shopping lists will sort themselves by aisle!
